Refurbishment of South Staffordshire Water's headquarters, covering 20,000 square feet of space. New meeting room suites, Directors' offices and breakout areas were formed and new furniture installed. Other works included:

  • Strip out of all existing fan coil ductwork
  • Installation of new raised floor
  • Modification to existing electronic system
  • New electrics
  • Feature carpets and joinery

This multiphased project took place while the offices were occupied. Paramount to the success of the project was the management of staff relocation, as disruption had to be kept at a minimum.
