Overbury completed an office fit out within an occupied building to release space for a new data centre. The works were completed within two phases and included a total upgrade to the existing comms room in terms of new power and building fabric alternations. All adaptations to the existing comms room were undertaken in a live environment with one planned shutdown to tranfer over to the new power system. All other works including the testing were completed and signed off within the 22 week programme.
