Hotel du Vin, Gloucestershire

An existing hotel was extensively refurbished and reconfigured to create a new Hotel du Vin with 49 bedrooms and suites, bar, restaurant, and spa. Central to the designer’s vision was a feature staircase coming down into a wine tasting area and the unique murals in one of the bars.
