The new Guardian News & Media centre is a 13,192 sq ft fit out project at the eight-storey Kings Place building on York Way. It includes a shell and core to Cat B fit out in part of the basement, ground and fourth floor, as well as the whole of the first to third floors. A new generator and infrastructure works were designed and constructed in the basement area supporting the open plan and cellular office spaces, large seminar, meeting room and media centre facilities.
