Expanding office fit out and refurbishment specialist Overbury is moving its Manchester office. The company has taken the ninth floor of the 15-storey Zenith Building in Spring Gardens in the city centre. Overbury’s Manchester office, which employs over 35 people, has grown into a £20 million plus turnover business in just two years. It will be operating from its new premises from 3 December this year.
Currently based in York Street, Overbury has recently completed the 132,000 ft² Square One office block - one of the largest commercial fit outs in Manchester - for Network Rail, and two major schemes for Deloitte and Grant Thornton in Spinningfields. The company will be delivering its own new office as a carbon neutral fit out.
